01Our strict prohibited-items rule
Every Dimension Perfect does not design, modify, manufacture, or supply an item for an illegal purpose. We refuse projects that violate the law where we operate, where the customer is located, or where the item will be delivered. Describing a prohibited project as a prototype, art, a toy, or research does not make it acceptable.
We do not accept firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapon conversion devices, silencers or suppressors, or components intended to make, repair, conceal, or enhance prohibited weapons. We also prohibit items intended to evade security controls, facilitate criminal activity, deceive others, or cause unlawful harm.
02Rights to designs and lawful content
Do not submit counterfeit goods, unauthorized copies of protected designs or branded products, stolen files, or material that violates copyright, trademark, patent, design, privacy, or other rights. A downloadable model or an image found online is not automatically licensed for commercial printing.
You must own the design or hold the permissions and licenses needed for the requested design and manufacturing services. We may ask for evidence of authorization. Do not upload unlawful sexual content, exploitative material, threats, or other illegal content.
03Safety and files
We may refuse safety-critical or regulated products when we cannot verify that the requirements can be met. Do not use an ordinary decorative print as a certified medical device, protective component, food-contact item, or load-bearing safety part without appropriate independent design and compliance work.
Submit only the supported file types shown in the portal. No executables, scripts, malware, encrypted documents, generic archives, external-command model files, or printer G-code. Do not try to bypass file validation by renaming a file.
04Review, refusal, and enforcement
Automatic file acceptance is not approval of the item or its intended use. We review requests and may ask questions, require changes, refuse a project, or cancel work when a violation or material safety concern is identified. We will comply with lawful obligations to preserve or disclose information.
If a paid request is declined before work begins, we will arrange any refund due. Completed work, cancellations, and disputes remain subject to the returns policy and applicable law. We do not accept a disclaimer from a customer as a reason to perform prohibited work.
05Draft notice
This policy is dated September 18, 2026 and is a draft for business review alongside the other site policies. Its strict no-illegal-project rule applies to all submitted files and requests. Online order submission and payments are not yet open.
