Business details and operating policies are being finalized. Online orders and payments are not yet open.
01Draft status and service areas
This policy is a draft dated September 18, 2026. Online orders are not yet open. The business location, shipping destinations, carriers, and collection options must be confirmed before this becomes the final policy.
Availability depends on destination, the nature of the item, carrier restrictions, and applicable law. We may decline a destination or project that we cannot lawfully or reliably fulfill. A design consultation or digital model service does not include delivery of a physical print.
02Quotes, charges, and your address
Your custom quote will identify the print specification, quantity, production price, shipping charge, any applicable taxes, and the delivery destination. These are confirmed before you pay the production invoice. No standard shipping price or free-shipping promise is made on this site.
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address when requested and check it before approving the invoice. Contact us promptly about corrections. If a parcel has already been dispatched, a change may not be possible. Any additional charges must be explained and agreed, subject to your statutory rights.
03Production and dispatch
Production begins after we accept the project, confirm the specifications and scope, receive the required payment, and resolve any outstanding design questions. Your quote or invoice will include an estimated production and dispatch timeframe. Payment of a consultation or finishing fee alone does not start print production.
Material availability, model revisions, testing, print failures, and finishing requirements can affect timing. We will communicate a material delay and, where required, seek your agreement to a revised date or offer cancellation and a prompt refund. We will comply with applicable order-fulfillment and delay-notification rules.
04Transit, tracking, and delivery issues
Where the selected service provides tracking, we will share it after dispatch. A carrier estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We remain responsible for any obligations that applicable consumer law places on us; using a carrier does not remove those obligations.
If a parcel is missing, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, notify us as soon as reasonably possible with your order reference and photographs where practical. Keep the packaging while we investigate. A short reporting request does not limit rights or remedies available by law.
05International deliveries and unclaimed parcels
If we offer international shipping, the quote will explain known customs arrangements and whether import taxes, duties, or handling charges are included. Customs clearance can affect delivery. We will not misdescribe goods or falsify their value.
If a package is returned because it is refused, unclaimed, or incorrectly addressed, we will contact you about the available options. Any reshipping or other charge will be explained before it is incurred. Refund treatment depends on the circumstances, agreed custom-work terms, and applicable law.
