01Business and draft status
These terms are prepared for Every Dimension Perfect and dated September 18, 2026. They are a draft for owner review. Online order submission and payments remain closed until the business, payment, and policy setup is finalized.
The legal entity name, registered or trading address, operating jurisdiction, and applicable mandatory disclosures will be added before these terms take effect. No choice of law or forum in a future version will remove consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
02Who may submit a project
You must be able to enter a legally binding contract, or have an authorized adult act for you. Provide accurate information and only upload files you are entitled to use. You are responsible for explaining the intended use and any essential dimensions, tolerances, material properties, or performance requirements.
You must comply with our acceptable-use policy. We prohibit illegal items, prohibited weapons or components, infringement, fraud, and unsafe uses described in that policy. We may refuse a project, request evidence of authorization, or stop work where justified, subject to applicable law and refund obligations.
03File checks and acceptance
Supported model formats are STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, and STP. Sketch/design references may be PNG, JPG, WEBP, or PDF. File limits and any additional requirements appear in the upload portal. A file extension alone is not sufficient: we check content and reject unsupported or malformed files.
An upload passing automated checks means only that it is accepted into the review process. It does not confirm printability, design safety, infringement clearance, final dimensions, or acceptance of a production order. We may request an alternative export or changes after human review.
04Service fees and custom pricing
Listed prices are in US dollars, subject to final business confirmation before launch. The sketch/consultation and initial design service is $50 per project. The ready-or-nearly-ready final-touch service is $25 per project. The scope, deliverables, and revision limits will be agreed before service work begins. Additional design, major redesign, physical printing, and shipping are separately quoted.
Custom print prices depend on the approved file, material, quantity, processing, and finish. We send an itemized custom invoice rather than treating an upload as a fixed-price print order. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are identified before payment of the production invoice. We do not automatically charge for a change in scope.
05Payment and formation of an order
PayPal Business is the planned payment provider. Fixed design fees can be paid through PayPal after a supported file and request have been accepted by the portal. Custom printing is paid using a PayPal invoice after review. We do not collect card details on this website.
A saved cart, uploaded file, request confirmation, or initial consultation fee does not commit either party to an unspecified print price. A production order is accepted when the final specifications, total price, and timing are agreed, we accept the work, and any required payment is confirmed. We will make clear what you are paying for before asking for payment.
06Design approval, use, and ownership
Check drawings and specifications carefully before approving them. Units, tolerances, color, quantity, and intended use should be explicit. We are responsible for the work we agree to perform; you remain responsible for requirements you supply and authorizations you represent that you hold.
You retain the rights you already hold in your uploaded material. You grant us a limited permission to store, assess, adapt where agreed, and reproduce it as necessary to provide the requested service. Uploading does not transfer ownership of your design to us. Ownership and licensing of newly created CAD work, source files, and third-party components will be expressly agreed for the project before paid design work begins.
07Performance, delivery, and remedies
3D-printed items are not automatically certified for medical, food-contact, structural, electrical, child-safety, or other regulated uses. We will not promise a certification, load rating, or compliance standard unless it is expressly supported and agreed. We may decline safety-critical projects.
Shipping, delays, returns, cancellation, and refunds are addressed in the linked policies and your agreed quote. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude, including applicable rights relating to faulty goods, misrepresentation, or personal injury.
08Site access, privacy, and disputes
Do not attempt to access another customer’s files, bypass upload restrictions, interfere with the site, or submit malicious content. We may restrict access for misuse. Service interruptions may occur, and an interrupted upload or payment should be checked before you repeat it.
Our privacy policy explains the handling of personal data and project files. Contact us first about any dispute so we can seek a practical resolution. These terms may be updated for future use; changes do not silently replace the terms of an already accepted order. The effective version will be identified and recorded at checkout.
