01Private is the starting point
Every uploaded source file is private by default. Only its original submitting user and authorized owners or administrators of Every Dimension Perfect LLC may access it through the platform. Other customers cannot browse private uploads.
Use Make design public in your signed-in design library to submit a catalogue listing. You must explicitly confirm publication, choose your public creator name, and confirm your rights to publish and authorize manufacturing. Submission does not immediately publish the design: our team reviews it first.
02What a Published Design shares
An approved public listing is labeled Published Design and displays the chosen title, creator name, description, and preview image, if supplied. It remains Coming Soon until pricing and selling terms are approved. Your account email, private project notes, customer details, and original CAD or reference file are not exposed by that listing.
You retain your existing ownership rights. The publication permission allows us to display the submitted public listing and preview. Manufacturing for sales requires the applicable creator agreement and does not grant unrelated users ownership of, or a general download license to, the original source file.
03Creator payment eligibility
If a different customer purchases a product using your authorized Published Design, you are eligible to receive the payment, commission, or royalty specified in the applicable creator agreement. Self-purchases do not automatically create a creator payment.
The exact payment structure has not been set. Before a design is offered for sale, the LLC and creator must agree on the amount or rate, calculation basis, eligible sales, fees or deductions, refunds and chargebacks, payout schedule and method, any minimums, and tax or identity requirements. There is currently no automatic royalty payout or guaranteed earnings amount.
The site preserves creator attribution and can record a qualifying sale against the original creator. A record marked Terms pending is an eligibility record, not a calculated payable balance. No product sales are open while catalogue items remain Coming Soon. Changes to compensation apply only as agreed and do not silently rewrite a completed sale’s agreed terms.
04Your permissions and our review
Only submit material you created or are authorized to publish and use for the contemplated manufacturing and sales. We may request evidence, decline or remove a listing, and enforce the acceptable-use policy. We do not accept illegal items, prohibited weapon components, counterfeits, or rights-infringing designs.
You are responsible for choosing public content that does not disclose private information. Administrator review is not a legal certification or a transfer of responsibility for permissions you represent that you hold.
05Withdraw a public listing
Use Keep this design private to withdraw the listing and public preview from the catalogue. That action does not delete the source file or erase an existing order, previously agreed manufacturing permission, or payment records we must retain. Contact us about the treatment of any already accepted sale.
Deleting an eligible unsubmitted file also withdraws its public listing. Files otherwise remain stored for the lifetime of the LLC under the privacy policy. This draft was updated September 19, 2026; rate and payout details will be added when agreed.
