01Who is responsible
Every Dimension Perfect operates this website and handles project enquiries, design services, and custom 3D-print requests. Our intended privacy contact is orders@everydimensionperfect.com. The mailbox is being set up. Online order submission and payments remain closed until our contact and payment arrangements are ready.

02Information we collect
When you use the upload portal, we collect your CAD model or sketch, file name and size, chosen service, quantity, dimensions or units, material and color preferences, and project notes. If you submit a request after ordering opens, we also collect your name, email, country, postal code if provided, and messages. We may ask for a delivery address when preparing a shipping quote.
The site uses a randomly generated cart-session cookie and associated security token. We record order references, the policy version accepted, payment or invoice references and status, and transaction amounts. Security systems and hosting providers may process network addresses, request data, and error logs. Do not upload passwords, identity documents, sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or information you have no right to share.
03How we use information
We use your information to maintain your cart, assess feasibility and lawful use, prepare quotes, provide design services, arrange production and shipping, send order communications, record payments, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use uploaded designs for unrelated marketing, resale, or public galleries without your separate permission.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps you request before a contract and performance of a contract, legitimate interests in security and running the business, legal obligations, or consent where required. You may contact us to discuss an objection or withdraw consent where processing depends on it.
04Service providers and sharing
Our hosting, database, and private file-storage infrastructure uses Sites and Cloudflare services. When enabled, Resend delivers order notifications to our team, including private download links. PayPal processes payments and sends invoices. We do not collect or store your full card or bank-account details. PayPal handles those details under its own privacy terms.
We may share the minimum necessary information with a shipping carrier, professional adviser, or lawful authority where required or justified by applicable law. The final carrier and any production partner will be confirmed before relevant orders are fulfilled. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Site fonts may be requested from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver them.
05Cookies and your files
The essential cart cookie lasts up to seven days. Clearing it or changing devices may remove your access to the saved cart and order status; it does not itself erase the stored files or business records. This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. PayPal may use its own cookies when you visit its payment pages.
Uploads are stored privately rather than published as website assets. Order emails contain file links that expire after seven days. Anyone you forward such a link to may access that file while the link is valid, so treat these links as confidential. Format validation is not a guarantee that a file is safe, printable, or lawful.
06Retention and deletion
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the project, support, dispute resolution, security, and legal or accounting obligations. You can remove an unsubmitted file from your cart using its Remove control. Submitted project files and business records require a separate deletion request and may be retained where the law or an unresolved transaction requires it.
Draft item to finalize before launch: specific retention periods for abandoned uploads, completed project files, email notifications, and financial records, together with the operating deletion schedule. We will not claim that the seven-day cart expiry automatically deletes stored files.
07Your rights and international processing
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer, or object to processing of your information, and to complain to a data-protection regulator. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some information may be processed in countries other than yours; any required transfer safeguards and regional disclosures will be finalized for our operating locations.
The site is intended for adults who can enter a contract, or projects handled by an authorized adult. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. We will update this policy when our practices change and identify the effective date of the final version.
